Like most of FGX, this team runs lean, so you will need to be a self-starter who can work independently. We'll provide training and support and always will be available, but you should be results-oriented, self-directed and able to get up to speed quickly. You should truly enjoy working in an environment where the pace is fast and there are a lot of details to manage.

At the same time, you won't work in a silo. Instead, you will depend on others to achieve your goals. You should be proactive about establishing relationships with key internal and external contacts to help you solve problems and achieve goals. You also will need to be highly organized and flexible so you can change priorities while still staying on track with all your responsibilities.

Throughout the organization, we are streamlining operations and promoting an agile, entrepreneurial culture. Those who thrive in this environment have a strong sense of accountability, and are adaptable and comfortable with a degree of ambiguity. They combine creativity and analytical thinking in resolving problems, and keep a constant eye out for ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
