Reporting to the Assistant Fulfillment Manager, you will join a six-member, second-shift warehouse team and be responsible for processing incoming orders for our customers in a timely manner. You will pick, confirm, pack and scan all orders, as well as process returns. On every shift you work, you will serve as a strong and reliable team member and perform your duties according to best practices standards. 

Each day when you come in, you will go to your station, taking over from the first shift, grab a set of orders and begin picking, packing and shipping orders. While you may help with other responsibilities, such as inventory, your primary duty will be order fulfillment. Your specific tasks will be to:

• Pick, confirm, pack, and ship daily orders
• Process refunds and returns
• Update inventory in the online inventory system
• Make data-driven decisions as needed
• Communicate product issues to your supervisor
• Occasionally help the Inventory team (ie. assist with inventory counts, put stock away, etc.)
• Daily organization of warehouse and work area
• Work independently while also serving as a strong team member
• Maintain our core company values
